About us

Engaging the right builder is a crucial step in the new home construction process.

Dunlop Builders is an established Wanaka building company specialising in new residential projects, architecturally designed houses and renovations.

As your building team, we visualise the architectural plans, make sure we understand your intent, create a detailed construction schedule and encourage you to be an active participant in the build process. Our aim is to join the project seamlessly and then work cohesively to realise your dream.

The green dot device in our logo represents our passion for sustainable practices. We are committed to recycle as much waste as possible. At the planning stage we calculate our resource measurements to minimise waste. We have a designated area on site so recyclable materials can be stored for later use or taken to the local recycle station.

The green dot also represents the perfect circle we complete when all the pieces fit together, making the journey smooth and the memories positive.
