SIP panels (Structural Insulated Panels) these are mainly used on airtight design homes for the walls and roof. With an airtight house, a heat recovery system needs to be installed to keep air circulating and fresh. We have used both the Brink system and Zehnder systems.
Intello membrane from proclima. This is an airtight membrane used to seal up the inside of the home. We have used this extensively and have performed wind con air testing to test the pressure in the house and for any leaks.
Blackened steel or hot rolled steel. Used more internally as wall linings or feature doors.
European style windows
European style windows made out of wood. Offers better thermal performance and seal. Even better with triple glazing.
