The Registered Master Builders House of the Year competition for the Southern Region took place, virtually, on Saturday. This prestigious competition celebrates building excellence in New Zealand. It awards the best homes and builders and the craftsmanship behind them. 

Due to Covid-19 restrictions the usual black-tie event was replaced with a virtual ceremony. This made it easy for the team, their families, and our clients to all come together and watch the live results.

This year our Lakeview House was entered into the Resene New Home over $2 million. We were thrilled to take home a gold award for the project. The recognition of excellence in this category is a great honour for our team who put their heart and soul into the build. The award is a testament to their dedication and craftsmanship.

The house, overlooking Lake Hawea, was a 2 year long project. Over that time the crew built a strong relationship with the client and we have loved seeing the house be filled with their collection of art, furniture, family and friends.
