The mountains and lake view over Lake Wanaka is framed by the full height windows on the north facing side of this impressive home. The dark cedar cladding and warmth timber interior creates a warm and inviting home to relax in and take in the views.

The double sided concrete fireplace centered in the middle of the open plan living space acts as a divide between the dining and living areas. An internal outdoor area with built in couch and floating concrete steps allows the space to be used away from the lake winds. American white oak flooring throughout the house offers warmth and comfort. Extensive LED lighting highlights this home beautifully in the evenings.

The house is kept warm with a full hydronic radiator system and ducted air con. The Brink heat recovery system keeps the interior comfortable all year round. Incorporating an Intello membrane into the walls and ceiling makes this an airtight house.
