2020 Southern Architecture Awards takes place as part of the NZIA Local Architecture Awards.

Twenty-four projects were shortlisted and Dunlop Builders are proud to have built three of those - in Wanaka, Lake Hawea and Cardrona Valley!

We have been privileged to work on these exceptional buildings, each a unique expression of talent by the architects, but all epitomising our motto that 'superior relationships build superior homes'. Early engagement with the clients and architects on each of these projects really helped us bring these unique concepts to life, and ensure that the process was enjoyable for everyone.
